DOING A JOB IS NOT ENOUGH

People get confused with a job and a work. Job is different from work but only few know this. People normally interchange them.

When you do a job, then you report to a boss but when you have a work, you are your boss.

The work is more fulfilling than a job.
It should be noted that its not everything that makes one a boss is our work.
Our work is our purpose in life, our work is our gift.

Just as the most distributed and highest selling book in the world says in proverb 18:16 that

“A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men”

Our gift is also our talent.
So our talent is God gift to us, what we do with it is our gift back to God.

If you are doing a work and you are struggling to excel, it simply means you are not gifted in that area, please go and get a job. You can never struggle to excel when you are doing your work. Because your gift is a blessing from the Lord that no one can take that from you.
Just as the Bible says in same proverb, this time its chapter 10 verse 22.

“The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it”

Show me people that are struggling to live life and I will tell you the people on jobs.
And show me people that are excelling and I will tell you people that are doing their work.

I said earlier that your talent is your gift, your gift is your work and your work is your purpose in life.
Everyone has been given a specific purpose, but the problem lies on how to discover the purpose.

Doing your work make you impact to more people's life than doing the job
Growth in work is infinite while growth in job is finite

The moment you discover your purpose, every opportunity you see and every person you come across will help you in maximizing the your potential in your purpose

Once you discover your purpose, you will never work a day in your life, all will be fun.
Because you have made your work your passion and definitely work would become play for you.
